cyaw is a private, self-hosted social media publishing tool operated for the account owner's authorized use. Contact: support@thitlann.me.

Information processed

When an account holder authorizes TikTok or another supported platform, the application may process account identification and profile details granted by the user (such as display name, profile information and basic account statistics), OAuth access and refresh tokens, authorized video metadata, uploaded media, draft content, publication status and associated operational logs. Available categories depend on permissions approved by the platform.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to authenticate authorized social accounts, manage content requested by the account owner, upload or publish content, monitor publishing status, maintain security and troubleshoot the service. Connection and posting are initiated under the account owner's instructions and consent.

Storage and sharing

Application data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator, including the self-hosted Postiz deployment. Necessary data may be transmitted to TikTok and other platforms when the owner requests authentication or publishing. Infrastructure and hosting providers process technical traffic to deliver this service. We do not sell user data or share it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Connection tokens and publishing records are retained while needed to operate the authorized integration. The account owner may disconnect social accounts and request removal of associated account data by contacting support@thitlann.me. Operational records may be retained only where necessary for security, compliance or legitimate troubleshooting.

Security

The administrative dashboard is restricted behind Cloudflare Access. Credentials and tokens are intended to remain on protected infrastructure. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

This service is not intended for children. This policy may change if the tools or processing practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated.
